Junior Engineer - Technical

As a Junior Engineer, you will take on a more hands-on role in product configuration, deployment, and client-facing activities. You’ll actively contribute to project execution while continuing to build technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a strong working knowledge of the assigned software products and apply it in real-world projects.

• Independently assist with configuration, customization, and deployment of solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in brainstorming and provide creative technical input during project discussions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to meetings with actionable insights.

• Develop initial design ideas and translate them into workable solutions.

• Evaluate the suitability and availability of software products for specific business needs.

• Draft detailed specifications and support full product lifecycle tasks including installation, configuration, deployment, and testing.

• Prepare training manuals and deliver basic product training sessions to clients.

• Take ownership of assigned problem-solving tasks and contribute to resolving complex technical issues.

• Conduct research on technologies, processes, and market requirements to support innovation.

• Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations for clients and management.
